The weekend of Friday night, Saturday and Sunday, January 16, 17 and 18 will feature Week # 3 of the Winter Conqueror Basketball League (CBL) and the Annual Winter Hoops Challenge Tournament. Once again, a reminder to please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Especially at Union Bank and Trust Sports Complex, it is always better to arrive early to find a parking place.
One rules reminder for Conqueror Basketball League, zone defenses are NOT allowed until players reach the sixth grade. Some coaches in the younger leagues are attempting to play matchup zones and claiming it is a person-to-person defense. This is not allowed. Make sure all younger teams are NOT playing zone defense.
